In the Rider-Waite-Smith deck, first published in 1909, the Tower shows a building struck by lightning and two figures falling. It sits between the Devil and the Star in the Major Arcana, and many readers treat that position as the point: after the Tower comes hope.

If it shows up in your reading, the practical question is simple. What in your life is built on a foundation you already know is cracked?
