Accessibility

Last updated: October 12, 2026

We want everyone to be able to read Astronaria, take our lessons and use our tools, including people who use assistive technology. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

• Readable by design. Clear headings, plain language, a large default text size and strong color contrast in both light and dark mode.
• Keyboard friendly. Menus, forms, quizzes and interactive tools can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
• Screen readers. We use meaningful page structure, labeled form fields and text alternatives for images and icons.
• Motion. If your device asks for reduced motion, we turn off non-essential animation.
• Zoom and reflow. Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens, without sideways scrolling.
• Video and audio. When we add video and audio lessons, we’ll provide captions and transcripts.

Known limitations

• Some older images may have short or general descriptions. We’re improving them.
• Embedded content from other services, such as videos, follows those services’ accessibility features.
• Some interactive tools, such as the zodiac wheel, also present their information as text. If something doesn’t work for you, tell us.

Feedback and help

If you have trouble using any part of Astronaria, or need information in a different format, email hello@astronaria.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five business days and to fix problems as quickly as we can.
