Effective date: October 12, 2026
The short version- Astronaria is for educational and entertainment purposes. Astrology, numerology, tarot, palmistry and similar traditions are not science, and nothing here predicts your future.
- Nothing on Astronaria is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Don’t make important decisions based on it alone.
- Astronaria is free. Joining the newsletter or the app waitlist costs nothing.
- Be kind in comments and the community. You own what you post; you give us permission to show it.
- If there’s a dispute, we’ll first try to fix it informally. If that fails, it goes to individual arbitration, not a class action. You can opt out within 30 days.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ebranding OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 14440091) (“Astronaria,” “we,” “us”), the operator of astronaria.com, The Morning Alignment newsletter, the Astronaria app waitlist and our community features (together, the “Services”). When you create an account, subscribe to the newsletter or join the waitlist, you’re asked to agree to these Terms, and by using the Services you also accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
Please read section 15 carefully. It contains an agreement to resolve disputes through individual arbitration and a waiver of class actions, unless you opt out.
1. Educational and entertainment purposes only
Astronaria publishes content about astrology, numerology, tarot, palmistry, the Moon, well-being, self-development and related topics. We offer it for education, reflection and entertainment.
- No predictions or guarantees. Astrology, numerology, tarot, palmistry and similar practices are cultural and spiritual traditions. They are not scientifically proven, and we don’t claim that they can predict events, reveal hidden facts or influence outcomes. Horoscopes, readings, numbers and forecasts are general and symbolic, not personal predictions.
- Not professional advice. Nothing in the Services is medical, mental health, nutritional, financial, investment, legal or other professional advice, and using the Services doesn’t create any professional relationship. Always talk to a qualified professional about your health, finances or legal matters, and never delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read here.
- Your decisions are your own. Please don’t make important decisions about your health, relationships, money, career or safety based only on our content.
- In an emergency, call 911. If you are in emotional distress or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US.
Astronaria does not offer psychic services, spells, curses, curse removal or any paid service claiming supernatural powers.
2. How we create content
The Astronaria team sets our editorial guidelines, chooses topics and is responsible for what we publish. We use technology to make the Services better: software calculates astronomical data, and much of our content is drafted, checked and illustrated with automated tools, including artificial intelligence, following those guidelines. Some daily content, such as horoscopes, is published automatically. Many of our images are created with AI tools.
Astronomical facts such as Moon phases, planet positions and dates are calculated from astronomical data. Even so, content can contain errors or become outdated. If you find a mistake, please tell us at hello@astronaria.com and we’ll correct it.
Some stories describe a person’s own experience. Individual experiences vary, and they are not a promise that you will have the same result. If we ever earn money from a product or service we mention, we will say so clearly.
3. Well-being practices
We sometimes describe practices such as breathing exercises, meditation, journaling, cold exposure, fasting or movement. You take part at your own risk. Stop if you feel dizzy, unwell or distressed. Talk to a health professional before trying a new practice if you are pregnant, have a medical or mental health condition, or take medication. Never practice breathing exercises while driving or in or near water.
4. Who can use Astronaria
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account, join the newsletter or waitlist, comment or post. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. See our Privacy Policy for more.
5. Your account, the newsletter and the app waitlist
- Free membership. Creating an account is free. Your account lets you get our newsletter, comment and manage your preferences.
- Sign-in links. We sign you in with secure links sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- Accurate information. Please use an email address you control.
- The app waitlist. Joining the waitlist creates a free account and subscribes you to The Morning Alignment newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter and stay on the waitlist. We’ll email you about early access to the Astronaria app, but joining doesn’t guarantee access, a launch date or any particular features. The app will have its own terms, which we’ll show you before you use it.
- Leaving. You can unsubscribe from emails with one click at any time. To delete your account, email privacy@astronaria.com and we’ll take care of it.
6. Prices
The Services are currently free. If we ever offer paid features, we will clearly show the price and terms before you buy, and we will never charge you without your express agreement.
7. Your content
“Your content” means anything you post or send us: comments, posts in our community when it opens, questions, personal stories and other submissions.
- You own it. You keep ownership of your content.
- Permission to use it. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for example, to fit a format or correct typos) and distribute your content in connection with the Services. This license ends when you delete your content, except for copies already shared by others, kept in routine backups for a limited time, or that we must keep by law.
- Stories and questions you submit for publication. If we plan to publish your personal story or your question, we will confirm with you first, including whether to use your name. We may edit for length and clarity, and we may use AI tools to help prepare it. If your submission includes information about your health, we will ask for your separate, explicit consent before we use it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
- Your promises. You confirm that you have the right to share your content, that it’s truthful where it describes facts, and that it doesn’t violate anyone’s rights or the law.
- Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
We may review, decline, move or remove content at our discretion, but we’re not responsible for content posted by users.
Astronaria is meant to be a calm, kind place. When you use the Services, please don’t:
- harass, threaten, bully or demean anyone, or post hateful content;
- post anything illegal, sexually explicit, violent or that encourages self-harm;
- share other people’s private information, including birth data, without their permission;
- sell or advertise services, including spells, curse removal or paid readings, or post spam;
- give medical, legal or financial instructions presented as professional advice;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with anyone;
- post content you don’t have the rights to;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Services by automated means without our written permission. Search engines and AI services that follow our robots.txt file may crawl, index and cite our public pages, linking back to us;
- interfere with, probe or overload the Services, or get around any security or access controls.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. To report a comment or post, email legal@astronaria.com with a link and the reason. We’ll review it, act where needed and let you know what we decided. If we remove your content, we’ll tell you why, and you can ask us to reconsider.
9. Our content and trademarks
The Services, including text, images, illustrations, design, software and the Astronaria name and logo, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may read, share links to and print our content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the original. Anything else, including republishing, selling or creating derivative works, needs our written permission.
10. Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on Astronaria infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent by email at legal@astronaria.com or by mail to ebranding OÜ, Attn: Copyright Agent, Tehnika põik 2, Uuemõisa alevik, 90401 Haapsalu linn, Lääne maakond, Estonia. Your notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
- where the material is located on our Services (a link is best);
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice with the information required by the DMCA. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
11. Links and third-party services
The Services link to other websites and may embed content such as videos. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
12. Changes, suspension and termination
We may change, pause or stop any part of the Services at any time. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we need to protect the Services, other users or the law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 7, 9 and 13 to 17, will survive.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRONARIA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRIBUTORS AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON THEM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THEM, INCLUDING FOR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Astronaria from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.
Talk to us first. Most concerns can be solved quickly. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email legal@astronaria.com with a description of the issue and what you’d like us to do, and we’ll try to resolve it informally for 60 days. We’ll do the same before bringing a claim against you.
Arbitration. If we can’t resolve it, you and Astronaria agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitration may be held by video or phone, or in person in the county where you live. Payment of filing and arbitrator fees will follow the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, and we will not seek our attorneys’ fees from you unless the arbitrator finds your claim was frivolous.
Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either of us may ask a court to stop the infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
No class actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Astronaria may bring claims against each other only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person.
Your right to opt out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@astronaria.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with your name, the email you use with Astronaria and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out won’t affect any other part of these Terms.
Mass filings. If 25 or more similar claims are filed against us or by us using the same or coordinated counsel, the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules will apply. The 60-day informal resolution period pauses any limitation deadlines. Claims for public injunctive relief, where available by law, will be decided in court after any arbitration ends.
Changes to this section. If we change this section, the change won’t apply to claims already notified to the other side, and you may reject the change by emailing us within 30 days.
Outside the US. If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this section 15 doesn’t apply to you, and you may bring claims in the courts where you live.
If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will be decided in court and not in arbitration. If any other part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn’t take away any protection you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware or in the county where you live, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction.
17. General
- Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
- Severability and waiver. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right doesn’t waive it.
- Assignment. You can’t transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Events beyond our control. We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
