11, 22, 33: What It Actually Means to Have a Master Number
Master numbers are the only double digits numerologists refuse to reduce. They’re often described as gifts. People who carry them tend to describe them as pressure.
In Pythagorean numerology, most totals are reduced to a single digit. 11, 22 and 33 are the exceptions, kept whole because the repeated digit is believed to amplify the number’s meaning: 11 as intuition and inspiration, 22 as the master builder who turns vision into structure, and 33 as the teacher of compassion.
The catch is that each also contains its reduced number (2, 4 and 6), and numerologists say most people live the lower vibration first and grow into the master number later in life.
